“It’s False”: Drake Denies Being the Father of His Ex-Girlfriend Kecia Sande’s Baby

Drake has denied reports that he is set to become a father again after his former girlfriend, Kecia Sande, announced that she is expecting her first child.

A representative for the 39-year-old Canadian rapper dismissed the reports, calling them untrue.

“It’s false,” Drake’s representative told People on Tuesday, October 6.

Rumors began circulating after Sande announced on social media that she is expecting a baby boy. The singer is seven months pregnant but has not revealed the identity of the child’s father.

In an interview with Hello! Canada, Sande spoke about her partner, describing him as “very smart and extremely creative.” She also said she would like her son to have “his moves and style.”

Sande and Drake previously dated. She has also been linked to the inspiration behind the line “Kiki, do you love me?” from Drake’s 2018 hit song In My Feelings.

In 2022, Drake brought Sande onstage at OVO Fest, introducing her as “his first girlfriend.”

Drake is already a father to an eight-year-old son, Anthony Graham, whom he shares with French artist Sophie Brussaux. The rapper publicly confirmed that he had a child through his 2018 song March 14.
