Argentine influencer Wanda Nara has attracted attention on social media after revealing her physical transformation, having reportedly lost 7 kilograms in just three weeks.
She is said to have followed a personalised nutrition programme inspired by the routines of the Kardashian family, reportedly costing around $2,500 per week.
The 39-year-old shared mirror photos showcasing the results of the programme. Her transformation sparked interest among followers, with particular attention focused on the high cost of the regimen.
Reports suggest that Nara had gained approximately 10 kilograms for professional reasons, preparing for her role as Lucia in the film Quién quiere ser mi hijo, alongside actor Agustín Bernasconi. After filming wrapped, she decided to return to her previous physique by following a programme combining controlled nutrition and physical activity.
The programme is based on a personalised plan inspired by the Mediterranean diet. It reportedly includes a private chef who prepares her meals, a personal trainer and long daily walks.
The approach aims to balance nutrition and exercise without necessarily eliminating entire food groups. Meals and physical activity are tailored to individual goals.
However, there is insufficient evidence to establish that everyone could achieve the same results, as weight changes depend on a range of individual factors.
Much of the attention has centred on the programme’s price. According to Mariano de la Canal, a well-known fan of Nara, the diet costs approximately $2,500 per week, bringing the total to around $7,500 over three weeks. The expense is largely attributed to personalised services, including a private chef and a personal trainer.
