Meghan Markle is reportedly considering a return to acting as her family adjusts to a new chapter in life in the United Kingdom.
The Duchess of Sussex is said to be open to offers and has already spoken with key figures in the film industry. Speculation about her return to acting has been circulating for some time, but the possibility now appears increasingly likely.
Rumours had quieted after Harry, Meghan and their children, Archie and Lilibet, reportedly moved to Britain in late August. However, a friend told Hello! magazine that Meghan is once again exploring acting opportunities as her children settle into their school routines.
“Her schedule is packed. There are her children, the As Ever brand, acting and, in the little time she has left, supporting humanitarian causes. But she has a very good team around the As Ever brand, and her children are older now and both attend school,” the friend said.
Before the reported move back to Britain, media reports suggested that Meghan was in talks for a role in Netflix’s The Gentlemen.
Although speculation about her possible involvement in the crime drama has continued, no official confirmation has been issued. The series is being filmed in the Cotswolds, where the Sussex family is reportedly living.
