Altin Krasniqi, son of former Kosovo Assembly Speaker Jakup Krasniqi, has described the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) as one of the most significant chapters in the history of the Albanian people.
In a Facebook post, Krasniqi said that no court proceeding or verdict could change what he considers the historical significance of the KLA and its role in Kosovo’s struggle for freedom.
He argued that the organization played a decisive role in enabling Kosovo Albanians to establish their own state and live with greater freedom and dignity.
“The KLA is our history, our pride and the symbol of our struggle for freedom,” Krasniqi wrote, emphasizing that its legacy would remain unchanged regardless of judicial decisions.
