Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti welcomed France’s newly appointed ambassador to Kosovo, Jean-François Huchet, during a meeting in Pristina.
Kurti welcomed Ambassador Huchet to the capital and wished him success in his new role, highlighting what he described as positive developments in bilateral relations and concrete results that have strengthened cooperation between Kosovo and France.
The two discussed ways to maintain the current momentum and further deepen bilateral cooperation, with particular focus on the 2030 Mediterranean Games, as well as infrastructure, technology and energy.
They also discussed Kosovo’s European path and integration processes. Kurti emphasized the importance of continued French support for Kosovo’s progress in these areas.
Kurti wished Ambassador Huchet a successful mandate in Kosovo and expressed his readiness for close cooperation throughout his tenure.
