PDK lawmaker Enver Hoxhaj has shared a video on social media just hours before the expected verdict in the trial of the former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) at The Hague.
“Tomorrow, history will deliver justice for the liberators!” Hoxhaj wrote alongside the video.
His message comes ahead of the first-instance verdict scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, at 10:00 a.m., concerning Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi.
Hoxhaj is currently in The Hague alongside associates and former comrades of the KLA leaders. In recent days, he has repeatedly called for their full acquittal and return to Kosovo.
After years of legal proceedings, Hoxhaj has expressed hope that the verdict will ultimately bring justice to the former KLA leaders.
